There are many changes that take place in the body during the time of pregnancy. The infection can spread to the bloodstream and can become fatal for the health. A kidney infection can be dangerous for the baby. It can increase the risk of preterm labor, low-birth weight of the baby and increased risk of fetal or newborn mortality.
  • Pyelonephritis is the bacterial infection that develops in the lower urinary tract. This condition is common in physiological changes that can interfere with the flow of urine.
